DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL CANCELLATION
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded or get a woollen-wear.in "Store Credit" or "Voucher".
If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our Warehouse.
For International customers If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, you need to accept delivery and reship the product to our warehouse . Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our Warehouse.
